Development and Training Services, Inc (dTS) is strategic management consulting firm leading initiatives in social and economic development worldwide.  The distinguishing factor in dTS’ approach is the integration of gender considerations and the concerns of under represented populations into all phases of program design, implementation and evaluation.  In the last five years, dTS has provided services in 23 countries on USAID, USTDA , MCC and World Bank funded programs.  dTS has experience in managing and implementing IQCs and contracts  across the full range of economic and socio-political contexts in high threat, post-conflict and transitioning countries.  dTS provides services through a distinguished senior-level client service team with decades of training and consulting experience.

In 2002, dTS was awarded its first IQC by USAID to support Women in Development Services worldwide.  dTS was awarded a second IQC by the USTDA to provide training and facilitating activities worldwide and has been active under this vehicle as well.  dTS also applied for and received a MOBIS contract from General Services Administration (GSA).   In addition, dTS has been a subcontractor on over 15 USAID IQCs and worked in this capacity on both a long- and short-term basis in several countries.  Specifically, in 2007, dTS also managed complex field operations and deployed staff to Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Dominican Republic, Georgia, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kenya, Nigeria, Peru, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Sudan.
